At Snowsfields Wellness we thought we would give you a helping hand in achieving optimum health this summer.

Simple, easy and enjoyable, our wellness packs are designed to alleviate particular areas of emotional or physical discontent. Think: stress, anxiety, pain, sugar addiction, headaches and a lack of energy. There are also packs to help prepare one for birth and give you an once-over so you can be in perfect health for the year ahead.

Each pack involves seeing 2-3 practitioners who will use their individual skill, expertise and experience to help you – the individual - be healthy and happy.

Price: £90 for all three practitioners (not including any prescribed supplements or herbs)

Summer-Time MOT – Nutritional Therapy, Herbalism, Massage

You've had your holiday fun, now it's time to focus on getting that body back in shape for the New Year.

Your herbal consultation with Maki will focus on developing a new, stronger and more positive you.

Maki will also give you a rejuvenating massage to awaken confidence, energy and help free you of festive excess.

Nutritional therapist Marissa will use food, supplements and happy eating habits to help you leave old habits and ill health behind and start the new year with a fresh outlook and a healthy body.

Kick the Sugar Habit – Naturopathy, Acupuncture and Counselling psychology

Headaches – Osteopathy, Nutritional Therapy 

Headaches – and even migraines - have become an acceptable everyday experience for most people. Yet this needn’t be the case. There are all sorts of reasons for headaches: dehydration, food intolerances/allergies and mechanical stress from neck problems.

Naturopath Emma or nutritional therapist Marissa will offer achievable nutritional and lifestyle support (as well as possible supplements) to help the mind be pain free.

Osteopathy can work to gently improve joint mobility, reduce the muscular tension that is often associated with many types of headaches. It can also improve the blood supply and drainage to and from the head and neck. Serena can also give advice to help prevent further headaches with advice on posture, exercise and stretching.

Being in pain is never fun. Not only does it get in the way of all the things one wants to achieve in a day – it can lead to emotional stress and fatigue.

Osteopath Serena can help to relieve the muscular and joint pain that you may feel from the stresses placed on your body from everyday life.  Touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage will increase the mobility of joints, relieve muscle tension, enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and help your body’s own healing mechanisms. She will also offer advice on posture and exercise to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms recurring.

Katy will use food, supplements and lifestyle ideas to target pain from the inside.

Boost Your Immunity – Herbalism, Nutritional Therapy 

Are you always the first to catch a cold, do you catch any bug going or do you find it hard to shift even the mildest of sniffles? If so, your immunity may need a boost.

Maki will use herbs to help nourish and strengthen the immune system for the short and long term. She is also mindful of the close link between stress and immunity. So, if need be, she will work with your stress levels to help give your immunity a well earned boost.

Maki's amazing massage are beautifully calming and gently stimulating. She'll use organic oils to bring a true sense of clear calmness to your everyday.

Mummy-to-be-day-of-relaxing-health – Nutritional Therapy, Acupuncture, Flower Remedies.

Becoming a Mum is very exciting and emotional time. Every mum-to-be needs to take a while for herself to prepare her mentally and physically for the birth and the joys of mothering.

Therapist Maki will use flower remedies to give you strength, stability and emotional balance.  She will either use Dr. Bach flower remedy, her own original remedies or a combination of the two. 

Nutritional therapist, Marissa will look at all the key nutrients you need for you and baby’s health. She can also advise on foods and supplements to help relieve some of the classic pregnancy symptoms.


Acupuncturist Atif can help you prepare physically and emotionally for birth, manage stress and improve your stamina and energy.

This pack is suitable for any trimester and will be tailored to the individual as well as where you are in the pregnancy.

Mum's-to-be-third trimester birth preparation – Herbalism and Acupuncture

Only 3 more months to go! Help prepare yourself for birth the natural way.

A 45 minute herbal consultation will make sure you are in optimum health for the birth. Herbalist Maki will also teach you about the gentle herbs which can be used in the last trimester of pregnancy, to aid childbirth and help tone up after the birth.

Acupuncture, by acupuncturist Atif, helps prepare your uterus and cervix for birth, helping your labour to start on time. 

Pure relaxation – Massage and Flower Remedies

With the stress, strains and busy schedules of modern city life - we all need a time for blissful relaxation now and again.

Massage therapist Laurence will bring the body back in to its own unique harmony to enhance inner rest and wellbeing.

Maki will use flower remedies and gentle and soothing herbs, specially tailored to the individual, to help rebalance your emotional and physical self for a deep sense of relaxation.
