Reflexology is a technique of applying gentle pressure to the reflexes on the feet and hands in order to bring about a state of deep relaxation, stimulate the body's on healing processes and help a person to return to a state of balance and well-being. It is recognised by many doctors, consultants and other health care professionals as a well established, respected and effective therapy.
Bina uses a holistic approach to devise a tailored treatment plan for each individual based on their needs, taking into account all lifestyle factors and placing an emphasis on relaxation. She has a keen interest in digestive, endocrine and musculo-skeletal disordersbringing in her experience as a yoga instructor and nutrition to devise and overall treatment plan for the individual. Reflexology has been shown to be effective for backpain, arthritis,sports injuries, sleep disoreders, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders and stress-related conditions.
Bina graduated as a reflexologist from the London School of Reflexology in 2008. she is also currently working as a volunteer for Dimbleby Cancer Care Trust, offering reflexology treatments to staff (doctors and nurses) in the pallative care wards at Guy's Hospital. Bina's main goal is to enable individuals take control of their lives and to be able to enjoy a good quality of life in optimum health and free from pain and degenerative disease.
